iPad is verkrijgbaar bij erkende Apple resellers. In Nederland en België zijn naar schatting al vele duizenden iPad’s in omloop die in het buitenland zijn gekocht. Tegelijk is de iPad ook al een tijdje bij ons verkrijgbaar via parallelle import. Sommige leveranciers vragen echte woekerprijzen voor het kleinood. Zo kost het 32-GB model met WiFi bij sommige webwinkels bijna 800 euro. Vanaf vrijdag kun je voor dat geld bij een officiële Apple-reseller het 64-GB model met WiFi en 3G kopen.
